  • when a commission is accepted after being put on queue, I will send an invoice. work will begin once payment has been sent.

  • when getting a commission, please give me a brief description of the character's personality, a reference, their traits, any posing, and details you want.

  • if there are any details you are worried about getting missed, please specify! this includes poses, markings, outfits, body shape, etc.

  • certain complex characters may cost more. you will be told the price before getting added to the queue. If your character is complex, I will need a suitable reference to be able to draw them. i.e. if your character has highly complicated markings across their face and clothes, there will need to be a part of the reference that shows that clearly, or I will not consider your request.

Refunds, Service Refusal, and Progess:
I reserve the right to decline or refund commissions at any time for any reason and to deny service for any reason.Full refunds can be requested by the client once the client has paid until a work in progress has been sent.Work in progresses can be provided upon request assuming work has been started. Once artwork has been completed, refunds are not allowed.

Delivery and Product:
All commissioned works are digital goods and do not require shipping. Completed artwork will be provided in the form of unwatermarked png files.

Commission Errors:
For errors to be avoided, I may send work in progresses. If I missed something on the character reference or initial commission form, edits and error fixing is free. Small edits are free.I will not do major edits if they are not specified on the form or not requested during the sketching/work in progress phases.

Artist's and Client's Rights:
As the artist, I reserve the right to display artworks as well as designs: such as uploading pieces to my social media or portfolio. If you do not want this, please communicate this to me when requesting your commission.Clients retain the right to use commissioned pieces non-commercially unless otherwise discussed. Artwork can be reposted, assuming proper credit is provided.
